Supply your teachers with “Positive Behavior” Heat Sensitive Pencils. Ask them to award a pencil when they see a student being kind, respectful, responsible, nice or helpful. Encourage teachers to bring some pencils with them when they leave the classroom in case they witness good behavior elsewhere, such as the cafeteria or playground.
